Classroom Resources for Teachers

I am very excited to be able to offer a reader’s guide for The Wolf of Cape Fen for educators. This guide is aligned to common core standards grades 3-7. As a kindergarten teacher, I know how important and helpful it is to find resources that are workable and thoughtfully prepared. With that in mind, I created this guide with the assistance of upper grade teachers who know even better than I do the needs of the students you teach!

I very much hope you’re able to use this guide and find it a helpful supplement to the curriculum you’re teaching. Thank you for reading my books!

Classroom Visits

Thank you so much for being interested in hosting me at your school for a classroom visit! I absolutely love connecting with middle grade readers, especially in the classroom setting.

As a teacher, my schedule during the year can be tricky to work around, because of this, I offer pre-recorded videos that can be tailored specifically to your needs. I work with grades 3-7 and would love to talk about anything from life as an author, writing and editing tips, the ins-and-outs of publishing, persevering in a difficult business, to suggestions for living a creative life! I am happy to provide pictures and screenshots from my own experiences as an author.

I also would love to answer Q & As from you and your students! Please view the link below for pricing and guidelines.

If you are interested in hosting me for a workshop or presentation during the summer when I’m able to be “live”, please view the link below:
